These Terms of Service govern your use of The Launch Page website and the done-for-you book launch page creation service provided by Zapphire Ink Publications. By purchasing our service, you agree to these terms.
The Launch Page provides a done-for-you book launch page service. For a one-time fee of $150, we create a professional, polished landing page for your book release, including custom copywriting and design.
Your launch page will be delivered within 48 hours after payment is received and all required book details have been submitted. Delivery begins once both conditions are met.
To complete your launch page, you must provide the following materials:
Delays in providing these materials may result in delayed delivery of your launch page.
Zapphire Ink Publications retains the right to display completed launch pages in our portfolio and marketing materials as examples of our work, unless the client explicitly opts out in writing prior to or at the time of ordering.
All sales are final. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Stripe. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
All content you provide (book text, images, bios) remains your intellectual property. The design and code of the launch page are created by Zapphire Ink Publications and licensed to you for use with your book promotion.
Zapphire Ink Publications is not responsible for book sales outcomes, marketing results, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our launch pages. See our Disclaimer for more details.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
